Monthly Unique Visitors (MUV) refers to the number of distinct individuals who go to a website during a given month. It's a very commonly used measure of website traffic, and its what AdRoll uses to help formulate the pricing of the Marketing & Ads Plus package. For more information, please visit our MUV Guide.

The two easiest places to find your website’s MUV are Google Analytics and your ecommerce platform. We provide quick and easy step-by-step instructions to retrieve your MUV from Google Analytics and Shopify. If you don’t have either, contact customer support for more options.

AdRoll uses “ad credits” as a means of distributing funds that customers can use on advertising inside the AdRoll platform. An ad credit is quite literally us crediting your account with funds to use on ads. For more information, please visit our Ad Credits Guide.

The subscription price of the Marketing & Ads Plus package is for the marketing and advertising platform access. It does include monthly ad credits that can go toward your ad spend, but any ad spend above and beyond available ad credit would be billed separately.
